Tub Packaging

The packaging process for tubs involves the following steps:

• Product Analysis and Information: In the first step, the ideal weight and size of the products are determined. This process is shared with the clients, and the final decision is made based on our recommendations. Product analysis reports are sent to the clients.

• Design Approval: Packaging design is created and presented for the client’s approval. Any requested changes to the design are implemented quickly. The client’s brand colors, logos, and special requests are taken into account during the design process.

• Use of Automation: Products are packaged accurately and quickly. Every production step is documented and shared with the client in the form of photos and videos.

• Final Control and Feedback: After packaging is completed, quality control is carried out. The control results are sent to the client in a detailed report, and once approval is received, shipment is made.

Flowpack Packaging

In the Flowpack packaging process:

• Determination of Product Features: The weight, size, and characteristics of products such as cookies and grissini are analyzed and shared with the client. At this stage, information about packaging speed and capacity is provided.

• Packaging Plan: A plan is created to ensure the products are packaged in a durable and aesthetically pleasing manner. The selection of packaging materials is reported to the client.

• Process Monitoring: The packaging process can be monitored live and is reported to the client regularly. Every step of production is conveyed to the client along with visuals.

Vertical Packaging

Our vertical pouch packaging process includes the following details:

• Determination of Weight and Neck Type: For packages ranging from 10 grams to 1 kilogram, weight and neck type are selected in collaboration with our clients. The packaging type is customized according to the client’s requirements.

• Test Phase: The durability and aesthetics of the products inside the packaging are tested and reported to the client. Details such as the ease of opening and resealing the packaging are reviewed during this phase.

• Full Production and Review: Before full-scale production begins, the process details are presented to the client. Clients are regularly informed during the production process.

Multipack (Multiple Packaging)

In the Multipack packaging process:

• Preparation of Unit Packages: Small unit bags are carefully prepared and presented for client approval. The visual and durability tests of each unit package are conducted.

• Multipack Planning: For larger packs, options are discussed in detail with the client. The choice of multipack option is determined based on the client’s target market.

• Customization and Production: Solutions tailored to brand needs are developed, and clients are kept informed throughout the process. After packaging, palletizing and shipping plans are shared with the client.

Process Monitoring and Transparency
